Do you love variety, staying organized, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes? Turf is looking for a Catering Coordinator & Office Administrator to join our team!
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying organized, and being involved in many different aspects of a growing business.
No two days are exactly alike. You may be coordinating catering details with clients, creating social media content, working with our kitchen and catering teams, helping prepare for events, managing office tasks, or assisting with event ex*****on.
We're looking for someone who is:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Coordinating catering events from inquiry to ex*****on
• Communicating with clients by phone, email, text, and in person
• Managing social media and marketing efforts
• Working closely with kitchen and catering teams to ensure successful events
• Assisting with on-site and off-site event management
• Office administration, employee paperwork, cash counts, event preparation, and more!
Food Handler Certification required.
Kitchen Manager Certification is a plus.
