We're accepting orders for hams until Saturday, December 16, and we'll ship your ham on Monday, December 18. To ensure your ham arrives within a day or two at a reasonable price, our shipping is limited to Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, West Virginia, Ohio, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC.

Good morning! I've gotten a couple of questions about Thanksgiving turkeys, so thought I would share more broadly: unfortunately, we don't have any to sell this year. Scheduling with butchers can be difficult. The one we usually work with was already booked for this season when I attempted to schedule at this time last year. The only other within a reasonable driving distance was also booked. We're on a waiting list for next season, so I have my fingers crossed that something will open up.

I am happy to say that we'll have hams available in early December in time to order for Christmas. If you're interested, please send me a message!

For anyone who has made our turkeys (or hams) the centerpiece of their holiday meal in the past, thank you for supporting our small farm! 🦃

Hey everyone! Sorry we apparently went into hibernation after Thanksgiving. The production season is always busy, so once things got underway posting here really took a backseat.

Besides being focused on production, we've gotten into a few things:

Early this spring we began selling our meat products at Black Valley Provender. Very excited about this partnership and looking forward to doing more together in the future. If you're ever in the Everett, PA area, please check them out. They have an amazing menu and are doing really cool things there.

We're raising more pigs this year and multiple batches of chickens, hoping to ramp things up an offer more to our customers.

We've been working diligently in the background to re-launch our website to offer online ordering and shipping our products. We're eager to reach more customers with our high quality pasture-raised meats.

More to come! In the meantime, enjoy this beautiful view of Harbor Mountain near one of our fields.
