Community Shellfish Community Shellfish is one of Mid Coast Maine’s premier dealers and processors of seafood. Thanks for dropping by our page.

Our specialties are steamer clams, Maine shrimp, lobster meat, crabmeat, locally-sourced oysters, and scallops. The company is very fortunate to be located in Bremen, Maine; a beautiful town perched on the edge of the Medomak River and Muscongus Bay. These two bodies of interconnected water together represent some of the finest shellfish harvesting areas in the world. Whether it is clams, lobsters, shrimp, scallops, mussels, or oysters, if they are from this area, you can be assured that they are finest available. Community Shellfish is a direct dealer in clams and shrimp. We buy from the harvesters and other dealers and either sell back out fresh whole shell-stock to wholesale or retail or process it into fresh and frozen products. A favorite of our customers are our Shucked Clam Fryers. We pride ourselves on our meticulous selection process for our shellfish. Only the top quality product is purchased for our customers and our processed products. This follows with our stringent processing process. All steps are taken to insure a healthy fresh and delicious product. From the sea to the store shelf, you can be confident that you are getting the highest quality genuine Maine Seafood Product.
