Meet Golden Milk…

The ultimate warming drink for wellness, Golden Milk is a combination of all organic spices including turmeric, Ceylon cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper. These spices have been found to contain anti inflammatory, antioxidant, and blood sugar balancing properties, as well as aid in digestion.

We recommend heating up the mix with your favorite milk and a touch of raw honey, followed by mixing vigorously with a milk frother or whisk.
