Burnt-end Brisket Sausage pizza with a BBQ drizzle. October pizza of the month BOO-B-Q.

How cool is this. One of the OG owners of Fairgrounds Pizzeria stopped by to say hi today. ❤️ Jeff Hughes live and in person!

👻 It all started with the sausage…

Burnt-end brisket sausage inspired our October Pizza of the Month: the Boo-B-Q Pizza! 🍕🔥

We start with a white sauce base, add mozzarella and cheddar, pile on burnt-end brisket sausage and red onion, then finish with a BBQ drizzle.

A little spooky. A lot of smoky. Scary good.

Get into the Halloween spirit with a Boo-B-Q at Fairgrounds Pizzeria this October!
