Had to hop on the trend and showcase how chic growers are here in the Texas High Plains! 2026 Harvest has kept us all blowing fast the past month, but looking back it’s all pretty chic!

Ever wondered how a grape harvester actually gets the grapes off the vine? 🍇🍃

The harvester drives over the row and gently shakes the vines, knocking the ripe grapes loose. The grapes are caught underneath, carried up into the machine, and collected while leaves and other debris are blown out.

Pretty simple: shake, catch, collect, then on to the winery! 🍇🚜

And the answer is… Mourvèdre! 🍇✨

One of the many varieties keeping us busy this harvest season! Mourvèdre loves the warm Texas climate and is known for its dark fruit, spice, and earthy character. You may also know it as the “M” in a classic GSM blend—Grenache, Syrah & Mourvèdre. 🍷

Still reminiscing about one of our favorite days of the summer. 🤍🍇

Every year, we gather with friends and family to hand harvest our Lenoir grapes… AND somehow, it just keeps getting better. Early mornings in the vineyard, purple-stained hands, LOTS of laughs, and some of our favorite people all in one place. 🫶🏼

For years, we’ve been proud to grow these grapes for our friends Haak Winery . Even more meaningful, proceeds from this harvest continue to support our longtime partners Pathways for Little Feet and the incredible work they do in our community. It’s a tradition that means so much to us.

A huge thank you to Brenham Quality Meat Market for generously donating the brisket for lunch. It was the perfect way to end a morning of hard work, and we’re so grateful for businesses that give back and help make days like this possible.

Great grapes. Great wine. Great people. A great cause.

We truly couldn’t ask for a better way to celebrate another harvest season. Until next year, drink Texas. 🍷🍇
