Smoked Sausage Burnt Ends 🔥
Easy, smoky and gone before you know it.
We used the Beef Smoked Sausage, but grab your favorite Kountry Boys sausage and let the smoker do the work.
Ingredients: Kountry Boys Smoked Sausage, yellow mustard, Sweet BBQ rub and BBQ sauce
Instructions: Preheat smoker to 250°F. Slice sausage into bite-size pieces. Place in a foil pan that fits on your grill. Coat lightly with yellow mustard, season with sweet BBQ rub and toss to coat evenly. Smoke 30 minutes or until browned and plump. Add BBQ sauce and stir. Smoke another 30 minutes until the sauce thickens and caramelizes. Check and stir as needed.
