Good evening ! I want to address the situation that has been shared regarding the laundromat. First and most importantly,I’m very sorry for the stress and frustration this caused . No customer should ever have to experience this, and I understand how upsetting it was.
Once law enforcement became involved we fully cooperated,reviewed all available camera footage,and worked to ensure the items were returned. I’m grateful to the officer who handled the situation thoroughly and professionally.
This incident has made it clear that we need to improve how situations like this are handled.We are reviewing our procedures and security practices to better protect our customers and respond more effectively if an issue arises.
Our goal has always been to provide a safe, respectful place for the community. I appreciate everyone’s patience as we thanked steps to do better moving forward.
