Albion, Chandler, Ruby June, and Seascape strawberries differ mainly in flavor, season, and growing style. Albionstrawberries are known for their consistently sweet flavor and firm texture, making them popular for fresh eating. Chandler strawberries are very juicy and flavorful but softer, which makes them great for short-term use like desserts or jams. Ruby June is an early-season variety with bright red color and a balanced sweet-tart taste, often prized for its productivity. Seascape strawberries are everbearing, meaning they produce fruit throughout the season, and they have a good balance of sweetness and acidity with a slightly firmer bite than Chandler. And guess what?! They’re all really sweet!
