Whoa! It’s a new week already and we’ve got more ramen headed your way! This week, Chef Ruben is putting a spin on some traditional Puerto Rican flavors and is bringing you Asopao Ramen - deep, rich, traditional Puerto Rican stew made with potatoes, corn on the cob, carrots, and Spanish olives, loaded up with sofrito marinated slow cooked brisket, and garnished with fresh cilantro and a lime wedge! Come by and pair this with a b**r or a coffee from our friends here at Ecusta Brewing Company and thevelvetcup!
