Brisket Taco Salad, wonderful cut of salad greens in a taco shell topped with Brisket. $11.95

Smoked Chicken Taco Salad, wonderful cut of salad greens in a taco shell topped with
Smoked Pulled Chicken. $10.95

TEXAS TATER (Brisket)Stuffed Texas sized baked potato. $11.95

TEXAS TATER (Chicken) Stuffed Texas sized baked potato. $10.95

Brisket Platter sliced brisket with 2 sides $12.95

Combo Platter sliced brisket and pulled chicken with 2 sides $14.95

Sides are Corn on Cob and Cowboy Beans

Desserts:
Texas Sheet Cake $3.50
Smokonfused Bread Pudding with candied bacon frosting. $3.50
