✨ A great weekend at Hillcrest Stables for RMK EQ full of learning experiences, perseverance, and moments to be proud of in the show ring 🐴
Kensley and her very own “Simon Says” 🐧 continue to develop their partnership in the Short Stirrup division, putting in confident rounds, gaining valuable show mileage, and earning some great ribbons over fences and under saddle 🌟
We were excited to welcome Sophie and her very own “Northern Empire” 💪🐎 for their very first horse show with us! Sophie had a solid debut, competing in the Marshall & Sterling Pre-Children’s Medal over fences, the Pre-Children’s/Adult Hunter over fences (earning a 2nd place ribbon in one of her trips 🥈), and the Pre-Children’s/Adult Hunter under saddle, finishing the day with great ribbons across the board. Such a great start to what we know will be an exciting journey for the two ✨
Karissa and “Simon Says” 🐧 gained valuable experience throughout the weekend over fences and finished up the Tally Ho division aboard “Northern Empire” 💪🐎 After starting the day helping with chores, Karissa worked hard both in the ring and making sure everyone at home was well cared for. She showed real dedication and commitment all weekend long.
Thank you again to all of our at-show helpers, parents, and Maddi for keeping things running smoothly at the horse show, as well as all of our helpers at home who make weekends like this possible. It truly takes a village! 💙
