On the brink of the BER months is when the produce is ABSOLUTELY BUMPIN! And there was no better was for us to close out August then cooking for one of our favorites last night. Here is tea smoked chicken smothered with corn milk, corn & tomato succotash, micro arugula & violas. We love you August.

We are SO OBSESSED we the crudite salad. A salad that progresses with the seasons. Par roasted local veggies- today’s veggies are cauliflowers, romanesco, broccoli, peppers, corn, tomatoes, radishes tossed with red wine vinaigrette, capers & micro arugula. All on top of a roasted tomato hummus served with some crunchy chic peas. This has to be one of our top salads we make. Come get this beauty AND SO MUCH MORE at the best farmers market in the state! 50 imperial avenue, 10-2! FEED YOU THERE!
