Hi everyone! I am thinking about heat and eat Thanksgiving dinners. The menu would consist of some of the things we would have in Louisiana. A deposit would be required. Would anyone be interested?

I am also going to be making gumbo (chicken & sausage), pralines, fudge, rocky road fudge, pecan pies, bread pudding, and I am still making boudin balls. Message me if you are interested in any of these. TIA

Hi everyone! I haven’t posted anything on here in a while, my plans last year didn’t work out the way I wanted them to but I didn’t give up. I was still working on things in the background.

Here is something new I finally mastered, Boudin/boudin balls. For everyone that may not know what Boudin is, it is seasoned pork and rice cooked with onion, bell pepper, and celery. Then put in a sausage casing and boudin balls are the same thing without the casing rolled into balls battered and fried until golden brown.

I have these made to order. Get your orders in.

Also with prom, graduation, and summertime parties coming up if anybody is looking for fruit trays, veggie trays, ham and cheese trays, or charcuterie boards or desserts I’m available to make these. A deposit will be needed at time order is placed and remaining will be due at pick up.
