Hey therešš¼ I have realized that itās been quite some time since we last introduced ourselves. We are the Sicklers & we are the owners of Hidden Creek Farm here in South Jersey. On our farm we keep busy raising beef, pork, poultry, eggs & four young kids. Donāt ask us which is our favorite species out of the mix, we donāt want to hurt anyoneās feelings.
When I became a full time farmer, I never anticipated that my email inbox was going to be the bane of my existence or that Iād be meeting new people every single day but here we are and man are we grateful for it. And that says grateful for it, not good at it, just to be clear.
While I initially started this page for our business, youāll truthfully get a little bit of everything. Farm life, whatās in store, chaotic homeschool mom energy, using animal fats as skincare, whatās happening in my kitchen, occasional agriculture industry rants & everything in between. I have no niche and to be honest, I kind of like it that way.
We have a lot of āwhat in the world are we doing?ā moments, a laundry pile that never ends & an actually muddy mudroom.
