ATTENTION!!

Someone’s lucky opportunity here. We’ve had some 1/4’s of beef become available! If you felt like you missed out earlier in the year now’s the time to erase that mistake and fill the freezer with home-raised beef just in time for summer grilling. Steers always allowed to roam, finished on corn for that can’t miss flavor, no funny additives and most importantly always treated humanely. The vast majority of our sales are repeat customers. Once you buy from us you keep coming back. We always reach out and give preference to past customers first so now’s you’re chance to get on that exclusive list.

Plus you are able to work with the processor to customize your cuts and packaging.

Selling at $4.00 per hang weight pound plus slaughter ($25)/processing (.70/ #). Ballpark idea for a 1/4 comes in at about $900-1,175.

(We target 850 lb hang weight for a whole animal).

Meat will be ready approximately two weeks following the designated butcher date.

Pricing is set at $4.00 per hang weight pound, plus additional slaughter and processing fees.

For a quarter share, estimated costs range from $1,025 to $1,175. Our target hang weight for a whole cow is 850 pounds (+/- 100 pounds). Variations in weight and size are expected due to individual growth rates and scheduling constraints.
