Meat will be ready approximately two weeks following the designated butcher date.

Pricing is set at $4.00 per hang weight pound, plus additional slaughter and processing fees.

For a quarter share, estimated costs range from $1,025 to $1,175. Our target hang weight for a whole cow is 850 pounds (+/- 100 pounds). Variations in weight and size are expected due to individual growth rates and scheduling constraints.

Chicken Pre Sale!

We are currently taking orders for Fall Meat Chickens. Market price reflecting costs. Pick up at our farm is preferred. (If placing a large order this is negotiable 😉). Ready for pick up approximately middle if November. Yes, some people use them for Thanksgiving! Processing by whole birds, half birds, 6-way or 8-way cuts and packaging. Vacuum sealed.
