Million Dollar Italian Lasagna 🧀🍝
🛒 Ingredients:

12 lasagna noodles

1 lb ground beef

1 lb Italian sausage

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce

1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 egg

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Prepare the noodles by cooking them according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the meat in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, sausage, and diced onion. Cook until browned. Drain any excess grease.

Add garlic and sauce to the meat. Stir in minced garlic and marinara sauce. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.

Mix the creamy layer in a bowl. Combine ricotta, softened cream cheese, sour cream, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.

Assemble the lasagna:

Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the dish.

Add a layer of noodles.

Spread some of the creamy mixture.

Sprinkle mozzarella on top.

Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with meat sauce and mozzarella.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

Rest and garnish. Let the lasagna sit for 10–15 minutes before slicing. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Olive oil spray

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Whisk eggs and milk in another bowl.
4. Dip each chicken tender in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mix.
5. Place tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

🍯🧄 Honey Garlic Ribs 🍖

Ingredients:

2 lbs pork ribs

1/2 cup honey 🍯

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

4 garlic cloves, minced 🧄

1 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

Rub ribs with olive oil, pepper & ginger.

Place ribs in baking dish, cover with foil.

Bake for 2 hours until tender.

In a saucepan, mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar & garlic. Simmer 5 mins.

Brush sauce on ribs. Broil 5–7 mins until caramelized.

Serve hot with extra sauce!

🧅 French Onion Ground Beef & Rice Casserole 🍚🥩

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

1 small onion (chopped)

1 can (10.5 oz) French onion soup

1 cup cooked white rice

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a skillet, heat oil. Cook onion & ground beef until browned.

Drain excess fat. Stir in garlic powder & pepper.

Add French onion soup, cooked rice & sour cream. Mix well.

Pour into a greased baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.

4 tbsp butter

4 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 cups milk (warm)

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions:

Cook macaroni per package directions. Drain & set aside.

In a pot, melt butter over medium heat.

Whisk in flour, cook 1–2 mins (make a roux).

Cheesy Beef Taco Pasta 🌮🧀🍝

Ingredients:
Ground beef
Small pasta (penne, rotini, or shells)
Taco seasoning
Diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
Tomato sauce
Beef broth
Shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Sour cream (optional)
Fresh cilantro (optional)

Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned, then drain excess grease.
Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
Simmer for a few minutes, then add cooked pasta and mix well.
Reduce heat and stir in shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese until melted.
Remove from heat and let sit for a couple of minutes to thicken.
