Hello world! A post we thought we’d never have to make. We are facing a long term recovery process due to Bill’s health. This has caused need to find new pastures for the goats and pigs.

Right now, moving them quickly is our hope to offer relief for those currently caring for them. If you are ready to add well loved, socialized animals to your farm and have appropriate facilities for them, please reach out to us. They have not been w/LGD’s. They have been co-housed w/heritage GOS pigs, chickens and ducks.

Available & Ideally, they can be sold as:

one buck, w/two does.

Three doelings & you have a wether or buckling that would be a suitable mate.

Three young bucklings also available.

We did it! Bill spent several days off the farm (first time in many years) at a learning conference/workshop in Indiana. A grueling drive, a great time with many laughs and with great people gaining new skills and new friendships. Oh, the food…one can’t forget all the delicious food.

For anyone who knows Bill - he doesn’t do Social Media and happily spends his days loving and caring for the animals. You’ll be seeing more of - the why we do what we do and how you can make a difference helping our local food shed and future generations.

When a handful of corporations gain more control over our food system, farmers lose options, consumers lose choices, and local communities lose their voice. That's why we won't stop talking about the Save Our Bacon Act in the Farm Bill.
