French Madeleines ~ U remember that I posted recipe of these couple of days ago.. now here is the static picture of those beauties.. I just love static pictures but this new trend on instagram forces us to make reels to be in the market.. lets leave this rant for some other day, for now just shower love on this one…for recipe video you can refer the reel on my grid.

Recipe:
▢ 7 tbsp unsalted butter 100g
▢ 2 large eggs
▢ 1/2 cup powdered sugar 100g
▢ 1 teaspoon lemon extract
▢ 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
▢ 3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp all-purpose flour 100g sifted
▢ 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Melt the butter and keep it aside. Take the eggs and sugar and whisk them until creamy. Sift the flour and baking powder and add them to the egg mixture. Blend it together . Finally add butter and fold it gently. Dont over blend it as it will pop our the air from the mix.
Now brush the pan with butter and freeze the mix and pan for 1 hour.
After 1 hour pour the mix in the pan and bake at 350F for 11 mins and then 2 mins at 375 for that lovely brown color on top.
Your madeleines are ready.. Enjoy !!
