WOW! We would like to take some time to thank everyone for the response to the start of pizza here at The Cooperage. The likes, the shares, and the positivity and excitement have us feeling grateful for the support from our community. Thank you all so much for welcoming in this new adventure in our business.
Due to this outpouring of support, we do have a few notes:
1. Today, Sunday 10/4, we have very limited supply of pizza ingredients left. We will run pizzas until we sell out for the day, and restock tomorrow.
2. As the season comes to a close for us, we will be limiting menu items, so that we are not left with too much product in stock. The first victim of this decision is a few seafood items. We will no longer have lobster rolls, scallops, or whole belly clams in stock.
3. Our plan is to stay open until the week before thanksgiving, so that we can spend time with family for the holiday, and get some much needed rest! Barring any extreme weather events, we will stick to that plan.
4. We have strived to try new things this year, and provide new ideas for the community. However, new ideas always come with tough decisions. While we aren’t going to completely forget about the potential of breakfast, we have spread ourselves too thin, and it just isn’t working out how we thought. So, we have decided to have breakfast Monday 10/5, and Tuesday 10/6, and then cut ties. We will still keep a pot of coffee on throughout the day.
