Week 3 — Chicken Cookery + Perfect Vegetables
Roasting, pan-frying, flavor pairing, and seasonal vegetable preparation.
Week 4 — Pasta Night!
Make a fresh sauce from scratch and master pasta cookery & consistency.
Week 5 — Baking Basics
Learn quick breads, dessert mixing methods, and flavor balancing.
Week 6 — Your First “Restaurant Night”
Students prepare a full dinner using everything learned in the course.

Searing scallops, butter sauces, plating techniques, restaurant timing.
Week 4 — Bistro Night
Classic French steak frites + warm vinaigrettes + molten lava cakes.
Week 5 — International Night
Thai-inspired soup, Chicken Marsala, & silky mango panna cotta.
Week 6 — Restaurant Service Simulation
Work like a true line cook and build a fully plated chef-style entrée.
