Dear friends, it's with a heavy heart that I share some unfortunate news. Due to rising costs and unexpected expenses, Nectar at the Highland Lake Resort will be closing its doors. It's been an incredible three years, and I'm immensely grateful for the kindness and hospitality shown by the resort. Through Nectar, many wonderful friendships have blossomed, and I'll forever treasure this experience.

Currently, I'm exploring other spaces and considering creative solutions to continue offering healthy, plant-based, gluten-free food, CBD, plant medicine, and Maine-made products in the greater Bridgton area. As we prepare to close, many retail items are deeply discounted to minimize the amount of product that needs to be moved. Stop by for a great deal and help us clear things out.

Thank you all deeply for your unwavering support. Together, we've made Nectar a special place, and I'm hopeful for the future.

We are OPEN!!

Tuesday through Saturday 10AM - 4PM

After a nice long winter break, I’m grateful to be back in the Nectar kitchen stocking up all the healthy goodness.

In the grab and go refrigerator :

🥗Buddha bowls full of organic mixed greens, roasted sweet potatoes, quinoa seasoned with thyme, sea salt and EVOO, black beans seasoned with curry, cumin, sea salt, and EVOO, sprouted OG pumpkin seeds and h**p hearts with a double side of chili tahini dressing

🍓🫐Chia Puddings with almond mylk, chia seeds and agave with house-made raspberry jam on the bottom, topped with OG strawberries & blueberries

Fresh batch of donuts just landed in the bakery case!!

I made a small batch this morning - just half a dozen maple dipped gluten-free plant-based sweetened with agave & dipped in maple syrup - so delicious!

✨I’m experimenting with some new flavor combinations! Stopping for a free sample while supplies last

New Buddha Bowl!
Roasted sweet potatoes with seasoned yellow eyed beans and seasoned quinoa on mixed organic greens with pumpkin seeds and h**p hearts with cilantro lime dressing ~ enjoy this cold, right out of the refrigerator, at room temperature or toss it into a sauté pan just long enough to warm things up and wilts the greens - so yummy!!
