I will stay with the real beef Thank you that goes for all meat. Lab made meat is a real thing there is a plant over near I25 and 144th. They are not going to announce it they’re just gonna put it in the stores.

In a high-tech facility, Dutch company Redefine Meat is producing 500 tons of 3D-printed steak every month — and they’re already supplying over 110 restaurants in Germany with their futuristic “meat.”

Here’s how it works:
The process begins with a biopsy, where scientists collect animal stem cells depending on the type of meat being replicated — beef, pork, chicken, or even fish.
These cells are then grown in vitro inside a temperature-controlled bioreactor, immersed in a rich, nutrient-dense serum.
Over the course of a few weeks, the cells multiply and differentiate into muscle and fat cells — forming the core material known as bio-ink.

A robotic arm, guided by a digital CAD (Computer-Aided Design) file, deposits the bio-ink layer by layer, recreating the shape, structure, and even the vascular texture of traditional cuts of meat.
The challenge? The bio-ink must be fluid enough to print, yet solid enough to mimic the complex texture of real steak.

The result?
A fully formed, juicy, structured 3D-printed steak — designed to taste, chew, and cook like the real thing.

This is Ms Red one of 2 longhorns that we have. They are the herd protectors keeping dogs and coyotes away from the babies. Love them for that and love to see them in the pasture they are so majestic . Ms Red is 17 years old and last night see had a beautiful heifer calf. So proud of her she is a great momma.
