This Mezcal distilled by Hugo García Maldonado is a combination of distillate from the agave varietals of Espadín and Jabalín

Cooked in a conical earthen pit oven, the mashing afterward was done via Machete and Shredder. The fermentation will occur in Montezuma cypress wood tanks with native yeasts. Distillation will take place twice in copper pot stills, and the proofing water will be from a local artisanal well.

This mezcal boasts massive crisp, fresh lemongrass notes along with cooked agave and earthen notes as well.
