Today was a dough day prepping for baby showers and wedding showers. I swear by emulsions for fantastic flavors in my cookies. I have stopped using traditional extracts now. The emulsion blends i use turn out fantastic. Just a little behind the scenes photo collage below...small batches one cookie order at a time. One batch gets about 12 to 15 cut out cookies.
