Hey Farm Friends! 🐔🥚

We wanted to give you a heads-up that we’re raising our egg prices to $4 per dozen. Our new group of hens are just starting to lay, but progress has been a bit slow with them. We’re hoping this is temporary so we can keep up with demand while we wait for them to start producing more regularly.

We really appreciate your understanding and continued support as we grow the flock — it means the world to us!

Fresh farm eggs are still available at the self-serve stand: 3072 Congress Lake Rd, Brimfield. Open daily 8am to sunset or sold out, whichever comes first.

Quick reminders:
• Grab what you need and pay with cash, Cash App, or Venmo
• Please return your clean empty cartons to the milk crate below the stand (we reuse them!)
• If the stand is low or empty when you arrive, just ring the Google doorbell and leave a message so we can restock quickly. Feel free to flip the sign if you’re taking the last dozen.

Thanks again for being such great customers. We’re working hard to get those eggs flowing steadily again! 🥚

Hey Farm Friends!

Just a quick heads-up from the egg stand at 3072 Congress Lake Rd!

Our farm fresh eggs are staying nice and cool in the mini refrigerator right at the stand. With today’s heat advisory (peak heat index around 100° from noon to 8 PM EDT across northeast Ohio), it’s extra important that we all help keep them chilled.

Please, please, please make sure the fridge door is fully shut after you grab your eggs! An open door lets all the cool air escape, which can warm up the eggs and put extra strain on our little fridge during this hot weather.

Heat Advisory Reminder:
Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. Drink plenty of fluids, stay in air-conditioned spaces when you can, limit time in the sun, and check on family and neighbors. Take extra precautions outside—wear lightweight, loose clothing and save strenuous activities for early morning or evening.

Thank you so much for helping us keep the eggs fresh and our setup running smoothly! We appreciate every one of you.

Fresh chicken manure + shavings coming soon! Bring your own clean 5-gal bucket with name/phone marked. $5 each—we’ll fill and call.

Hey farm friends! 🐔✨

We’ve just added a few Leghorn chickens to our flock! We added them to our new group that we hatched in early March — they’re all about 6 weeks old right now. So it’ll be a little while yet before they start laying.

Most chickens begin laying around 18–22 weeks old, and Leghorns are often on the earlier side — typically somewhere between 16–20 weeks. So we’ve still got a few months to go!

Our existing girls will keep delivering those delicious farm-fresh brown eggs you love, but soon we’ll also have some beautiful white eggs from these new Leghorns. They’re such fun, active chickens with big personalities — we’re already enjoying watching them explore and settle in!

Same great quality, just a little more variety in the egg carton coming soon. 😊

He is risen indeed! Happy Easter! 🙌

Today, we want to share something truly important with you.

If you’ve been thinking about faith lately… if you’ve felt that quiet pull in your heart… or if you’ve never taken the step to accept Jesus as your Savior but you’re ready to, this could be your moment.

Here’s a simple prayer you can pray right where you are:
“God, I know I’m a sinner. I’ve lived for myself, ignored You, and broken Your ways. But today I turn from my sin and repent. I believe Jesus died on the cross for me and took the punishment I deserved. I believe He rose again from the dead. Right now, I open the door of my heart and receive Jesus as my Savior and Lord. Forgive me, cleanse me, and save me. Write my name in Your book of life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

If you just prayed that and truly meant it — turning from your old life and trusting in Christ — the Bible says you are saved. Welcome to your brand new life in Him!

He is risen, and that changes everything.

Just a friendly (and not an April Fools’) reminder as we head into this weekend: the egg stand will be closed on Easter Sunday, April 5th, so we can worship together, celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and spend the day with family reflecting on the hope and new life He brings.

If you need farm fresh eggs before the holiday, please stop by this week or on Saturday — we’d love to serve you! Thank you so much for your faithful support and for being part of our small farm community. It truly means the world to us. 💛
