Our producer uses milk from their own herd, meaning seasonal variations in feed, butterfat, and milk composition can influence the color of the cheese.

In fact, that creamy ivory tone is often a sign of authentic, artisan-style mozzarella production. Fresh. Authentic. Delicious! 😋🧀🌿

We had the chance to visit one of Italy’s most iconic premium water brands!

From visiting the natural source and learning how natural bubbles are formed, to touring the factory and seeing the bottles prepared for delivery, it was an incredible experience getting a firsthand look at the process behind this legendary Italian natural sparkling water💧🫧🇮🇹🤌
