"Visiting Bristol for a birthday celebration and ended up having dinner here. Bistro on sixth was actually our second choice, but fate has a way of playing into plans and thankfully it played in two hours that night. We walked in without a reservation, but fortunately they were able to seat us immediately. Atmosphere four out of five stars, eclectic to me. Service and food 10 out of five stars. Our server, was absolutely phenomenal. No pressure very nice, very professional. Our meal could not have been better anywhere else, It’s off the beaten path, but well worth the walk."- K. Riley

How do you like your burgers? At bistro on 6th, we like ours with a pretty cheesy twist. Our bistro burger starts with a Braveheart craft blend of brisket, short rib, and chuck, then gets topped with white pimento cheese, leaf lettuce, tomato, pickled red onions, and Duke’s mayo on a Martin’s potato bun.

Want to take it over the top?
