Second Sin Brewing Company

Second Sin Brewing Company https://secondsinbrewing.square.site/ Don’t get satisfied. It’s a simple phrase that embodies our mission to always work hard, want more, and be better.

It’s not enough to open a brewery and create a few good beers. We want to experiment, improve, and give our customers something new and delicious to look forward to every time they stop in. We draw our inspiration from many of the classic brewing centers across Europe, as well as our colleagues in the USA. The meticulous lagers of Germany, the balanced ales and stouts of the UK, and the inventive

spirit of the brewers of Belgium have all been formative to the way we think about and brew beer. But America is a melting pot of cultures, and so too is American brewing. As important as those classics styles are, so is the willingness to throw it all out the window and try something new. This, to us, embodies American craft brewing: taking classic techniques and combining them in new ways to create something that will amaze you. We want to teach you everything we know about craft beer, so you can demand more from what you drink. We hope to share our interpretations of the classics styles you know and love, offering new flavor profiles for you each time you come to visit us!

We’re sending summer out with a whole lot of Helmet Sundae.

A brand new Helmet Sundae drops this Thursday, then Sunday 9/6 we’re closing out summer with Sundae Funday at the Bristol Taproom. We’ll be tapping six additional variants for the day:

Affogato
Cookie Butter
Root Beer Float
Key Lime Pie
Banana Cream Pie
Blueberry Cheesecake

Plus, any Caramel Apple or Moose Tracks remaining from Saturday’s Newtown preview will make their way over to Bristol and get tapped on Sunday.

K D will be onsite for food. Come spend the last big weekend of summer with us in Bristol, grab a few pours, and work your way through the Sundae Funday lineup.

⚡️🎸 Metal Monday Returns 🎸⚡️

We’re bringing back an old Metal Monday favorite this week, Your Time To Shine, our Hazy IPA inspired by the mighty Monolord

We use a simple grain bill of pils and oats to give the Simcoe, Cashmere, and Crystal hops their time to shine in a citrusy, fruity package.

And the timing couldn’t be better. Monolord is on tour and rolling through Philly this Wednesday, September 2 at Underground Arts with Khemmis and Earth Tongue. Come drink a Your Time To Shine tonight, then go see the real thing.

We’ll be open tonight at 5:30pm in Bristol for Metal Monday.

Unfortunately, we are without a food truck today, but fret not, we've got plenty of excellent restaurants nearby that deliver. Just ask one of our bartenders for a menu or a recommendation!

What we lack in food trucks, we make up for in beer. We've got 12 taps flowing in addition to a few can options to make sure you've got something to drink.

Open 12-10pm.

Moose Tracks

Then on Sunday, 9/6, Sundae Funday takes over Second Sin Bristol with six more Helmet Sundae variants:

And if there’s any Caramel Apple or Moose Tracks left after Saturday, we’ll bring those kegs over to Bristol and keep the Sundae Funday going.
