While we are still working on our labeling per NH state regulations before opening our farmstand, we are still hard at work! Today we transplanted our seedlings out of their starter trays and into buckets. Right now we have dill, beefsteak tomatoes, cucumbers and jalepenos! 💚🌱🌸🌼 Happy Spring!!!

Yesterday was another busy canning day here at the farm and today will be more! This is currently our inventory and I will also be making jam later this afternoon. I took advantage of the beautiful early afternoon sun to take some photos of part of our inventory 🙂

3 (4oz) jars honey butter
4 (4oz) jars cinnamon butter
2 jars, 1 (4oz) 1 (8oz) lemon herb butter
1 (16oz) jar pickled red onions
1 (16oz) jar garlic dilly beans
1 (16oz) 1 (8oz) jars spicy dill pickle slices
4 (16oz), 1 (8oz) jars dill pickle spears
3 (16oz), 1 (8oz) jars dill pickle slices

15 (8oz) jars of drinkables, blueberry and apple

Yesterday was a busy day here at the farm! Pickles, Dilly Beans, pickled Red Onion and more!!

I also made homemade chili for our supper and used our sirracha butter to sauté the onions, garlic and peppers for the sauce base! 🤤

Let's introduce you to the inspiration of TrashDog Farms!

This is Nymeria, she is a (now) 4 month old Pittbull/Plott Hound/Chow mix. We got her the day before Chrismas Eve as a super special present for our 5 year old. She's spunky and super smart! Her favorite toys aren't her actual toys but instead our firewood pile; she got into our trash can ONCE and hence the nickname "Trash Dog" was born and stuck. 🖤

Happy Cold Saturday from Alexandria! Now that our winter vacation is finished, Trash Dog Farms is back to the hard work! This week we are working on beans, pickles, butters and some "drinkables". We also will be starting the planting of our garden to get the seedlings ready for outdoor transplant once the snow and frost disappears! 🤘🏻🖤

Don't forget that when you get product from us, you do receive a discount when you return your jars! They don't have to be cleaned as we will sanitize properly before re-use, just need to be returned.
