🔥 SEVEN YEARS IN THE MAKING. NINE MONTHS IN BEER BARRELS

We've been patiently waiting for this one, and the time has finally come! Introducing our Limited Edition Chocolate Stout Barrel Finish Bourbon—a true taste of Bristol collaboration and craftsmanship.

This extraordinary Bourbon spent seven long years maturing in new charred oak barrels, developing a deep, classic profile. But the real magic happened when we partnered with our Bristol Home Brewer friends! We secured a rare, 10 gallon used Imperial Chocolate Stout barrel, where the Bourbon finished for an intense nine months.

The result? A velvety smooth spirit with powerful notes of dark cocoa, roasted malt, vanilla, and our signature rich spice. It’s the perfect, decadent sipper for the colder months.

Our Franklin Four Rye Whiskey is officially back. This 68% Rye and 32% Corn Rye Whiskey was aged for 8 years and has that lovely rye spice backed up with a sweet finish. Available exclusively at the distillery so be sure to drop by and check out this limited release!

It finally feels like fall in Northeast Tennessee and we are happy to re-release our Gypsy's Curse Apple Brandy. Aged in a combination of toasted and used bourbon barrels for over 4 years it is the perfect companion for cooler weather! With hints of apple and oak it is sure to please. Drop by for a sample and experience the Gypsy's Curse!
