🔥 SEVEN YEARS IN THE MAKING. NINE MONTHS IN BEER BARRELS

We've been patiently waiting for this one, and the time has finally come! Introducing our Limited Edition Chocolate Stout Barrel Finish Bourbon—a true taste of Bristol collaboration and craftsmanship.

This extraordinary Bourbon spent seven long years maturing in new charred oak barrels, developing a deep, classic profile. But the real magic happened when we partnered with our Bristol Home Brewer friends! We secured a rare, 10 gallon used Imperial Chocolate Stout barrel, where the Bourbon finished for an intense nine months.

The result? A velvety smooth spirit with powerful notes of dark cocoa, roasted malt, vanilla, and our signature rich spice. It’s the perfect, decadent sipper for the colder months.

Finish: 9 Months in Local Imperial Chocolate Stout Barrel
