The most beautiful bride inside and out! A gluten free, nut free, dairy free (😮‍💨🧘‍♀️) carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and pineapple filling. When I tell y’all you would NEVER know this cake had so many dietary restrictions I mean it! I pride myself on the way things taste and look, you should never have to sacrifice quality (it’s bad enough you have allergies 😂) I love when wedding cakes are bold and have color, it brings so much life and joy into the photos. It’s always an honor to be able to make someone’s wedding cake - but this one was extra special - as it is for one of my biggest supporters! They have ordered many cakes, and were the ones who inspired me to learn how to make delicious gluten free options - back when I was just a small road side stand. A mom with a dream. This 3 tier gluten free vanilla cake with strawberries and freshly whipped cream frosting was one of my biggest cakes to date!

As a small business owner, I have had MANY people tell me to keep my beliefs to myself for the sake of making money. It has recently come to my attention that an order was cancelled due to my support of the LGBTQ community. I would like to openly say, things are about to get even gayer over here hunny!!! Never stop being who you are, love is always good, and if you feel alone just know there’s people out there who think you’re exactly right just the way you are. Always remember you can have your cake and eat it too - and hatred goes directly to the hips. Jessica 💕
