Don’t forget Father’s Day is this Sunday! Let us help you treat him with some of the BEST meat SWVA/NETN has to offer! This week we are going to share some of our favorite meals and recipes, perfect for Father’s Day! To start off today’s feature is LAMB Chops!
These were so simple! We rubbed them with Cavenders Seasoning, seared them with butter and garlic in an iron skillet for 3-5 minutes on each side. Then baked them at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes! Boy, oh boy!
Don’t forget we have Beef, Pork, Lamb and Goat in stock!
Tomorrow (Tuesday 6/15/26) we will be set up at the Elizabethton Farmers Market 4pm-7pm!
