Are you and/or your family looking for some REAL authentic meat to eat this winter? Our beef is 100% local. Hand Selected live from local farmers and processed here in Bristolville, Ohio.

Check out our deal on buying a whole beef CHUCK. The chuck is the most economical section of beef while also providing a great variety of high end meats. Many of which are popular for stewing, roasting. Great for cool weather meals.

Each chuck weighs between 100-160lbs and costs $4.69/lb (including all processing)

In a chuck you can get:
-ground beef in 1 or 2lb packages or made into patties
-Chuck roasts
-arm roasts
-cross cut shanks (ossobuco)
-chuck eye steaks
-short ribs
-brisket
-stew meats

**every cut is fully customizable for size or quantity. Decide you don’t want a certain cut? Add it to your ground beef!

And guess what, no imported meat, no boxed meat, no fillers, no preservatives, not even a bad attitude in this ground beef! For over 107 years we have produced meat the old fashioned way, from the farm, to our plant, to your home.

FROM NOW UNTIL FRIDAY BEFORE LABOR DAY (September 4th):

-FREE slab of spare ribs with every 12lb case of beef hamburger Pattie’s ($6.50/lb @ 12lbs = $78 each). Available in 1/4lb (48ct/ case), 1/3lb (36ct/ case), and 1/2lb (24ct/case).

- Bulk fresh frozen ground beef, all vac sealed in 1 or 2lb packages $5.75/lb. Must buy 40lb or more. Mix is 85/15

-A very limited, highly premium blend of filet mignon and ribeye cap burgers. Packaged and vacuum sealed 4x 4oz Pattie’s/ package (1lb) at only $14.00 per package. We have approximately 100lbs total of this blend. These will undoubtedly be the most tender hamburger Pattie’s you will ever have!

Front quarter of beef $4.89/lb (all fees and processing included). Expertly selected to meet your requirements, dry aged, cut exactly how you want, VACUUM SEALED, labeled, and froze/boxed. Get Patties made frees of charge!

The front quarter is the most flavor packed portion of beef! Heavy marbling and great variety of cuts!

In the front quarter you can get:

-The world famous ribeye
-skirt steaks
-Chuck eye steaks
-Old fashioned, flavor packed bone in chuck roast
-Stew meat
-Brisket
-Ossobuco roast
-short ribs
-soup bones
-flavorful ground beef and/or Pattie’s

*** you do NOT HAVE to take all cuts. Anything that is opted out of by the customer is turned into ground beef for them***
