And little by little, it’s finally starting to feel like the place we’ve dreamed about. 💚

We’re getting SO close to the end of our Creative Café remodel, and seeing everything come together has us more excited than ever to open these doors!

Our vision has always been bigger than coffee and food. We want Creative Café to be a place where everyone feels welcome — a place to meet a friend, grab lunch, get some work done, celebrate something special, slow down for a minute, or simply enjoy being part of our community.

There have been a lot of long days, big decisions, unexpected surprises, and plenty of dust along the way 😅… but we can finally see the finish line.

Soon, this won’t just be a space we’ve been working on.

It’ll be a place for all of you. 🖤

Thanks to our local historian, Pat Jahnig, we recently learned that our basement once served as a community bomb shelter!

After spending plenty of time renovating down there, we can definitely attest to just how solid and sturdy this building is!

While we certainly hope the basement never has to serve its original purpose again, we’re grateful for the history beneath our feet—and perfectly happy to let it spend the next chapter of its life simply being a very, very sturdy foundation!
