Come out to Britton tomorrow, Friday, May 17th - 3:30-6:30 pm , Copper Harbor recipe pasties will be available. You will have top sirloin ground beef, and chicken. Our pasties are handcrafted, with Michigan grown veggies, a true Michigan Treat. We are located at the little log Campfire Cabin at 448 East Chicago Boulevard Britton Michigan.

Are you wondering what is a Pasty? Pasties have a long Michigan history. They are a handcrafted pie crust, with hand diced potato, carrots, rutabaga, and have select Choice top sirloin ground beef, or diced premium chicken. Our pasties are folded up, and baked, and then are quickly Frozen to ensure freshness. These are a historical treat, that miners in the upper Michigan Peninsula would take with them deep into the mines. They would eat these delicious treats for lunch and dinner after a Long Day's Work. They are a hearty meal, that they would love to eat with their friends.

We do take pre-orders. we sell Michigan handcrafted pasties, a Copper Harbor recipe. Our pasties are top sirloin ground beef, or chicken! Pasties contain potato, carrot, and rutabaga.
We have $6 pasties, they are half pound each.
