They raised field crops and vegetables. While they raised their 5 children, they sold the vegetables at farmers markets. When all of their children were in school, the focused on crop farming. Several years ago, Jerry and oldest son Mike, began raising beefalo. They now sell them as freezer meat. A few years ago, Deb and youngest son Ben, began vegetable farming again. It has turned into a fulfill

ing experience to bring fresh, local and safe meat and vegetables to the community. This year, Deb and Ben have included youngest daughter, Sarah to help them with the addition of a CSA program.

COME SEE US!

We will be at Bushel Basket Market tomorrow afternoon in Chelsea at the corner of Old US 12 and M52 from 2-6pm. You can also find us at Grass Lake Farmers Market from 4 - 7 pm. Don't forget you can order from us at the Acorn Market in Manchester. We will have asparagus, radishes, zucchini, summer squash, spinach, rhubarb, and spring mix available as well as herbs, perennials, vegetable starts, and more. Hope to see you!!
