The McCance Ranch Hot Pepper Mustard Company is taking a break from production and sales in the month of March. The pause is necessary to make the change from Home Cottage business to licensed kitchen production facilities.
This will enable me to add required new certifications and get the new process perfected before I begin canning for the summer grilling season. While current distribution partners - Three Tigers Brewing Company, Broadview Brewing Company, The Hole In The Wall, Royal Park Fine Wine & Liquor Agency, Krieger's Market and Carpenter's Market, are low or out of stock currently, we will be updating our next deliver expectations in the coming weeks. We also expect several more, big off premise accounts to come on board when the changed are completed.
I would like to thank my partner accounts and the many customers we have made friends with and can't say enough great comments about the Hot Pepper Mustard!
Now, time to enjoy Spering Break 2026! Cheers all!

A great night for hot trivia with Quizmaster Nicole, award winning beers and over 14 teams of folks enjoying McCance Ranch Hot Pepper Mustard sampling.
I have a newfound appreciation for the hard work that the DeLap family team day in, day out. To spend time in their kitchen while Janice, Terry and Jessie are busting out jumbo pretzels, excellent flatbreads and outing hot dogs at a record pace was something to behold!
Cheers to all the small brewers and businesses working hard to provide for their families and staff!
