Use them like green onions! Earlier this week I included some chopped garlic scapes in fried rice, and tonight some went into pasta with alfredo sauce and crab meat.

I give some away to family and friends, use some in my own cooking, preserve as much as I can, and compost whatever I don't get to quickly enough.

Nothing goes to waste! Even the composted produce eventually feeds other plants.
