In the 1800's Beaux and Jeana's great-great grandmother made fried pies for the ranch hands in Southern Oklahoma. She would dry the fruit on the roof tops to make them keep through the winter. This made the fried pies a food for every occation. When their grandmother Nancy grew up and married Bo Fulton he insisted she learn to make these wonderful pies. That is when her mother taught her everythin
g she knows about making a fried pie. When times got tough for Bo and Nancy she needed to learn more. She taught herself how to be an amazing business woman. Eventually, with the help of her late husband Bo, her son J.C., and her daughter-in-law Sherry she turned the fried pie into a way of life for her and her family. That's when in 1993 Nancy started one of the most delicious pie shops in America! Nancy "The Pie Lady" is now retired and lives near Tulsa helping her grandchildren bring more deliciousness to you. Nancy's grandchildren, Beaux and Jeana, love the pie business so much they decided to open a shop of their own in the beautiful city of Broken Arrow. These 5th generation pie makers are serious about quality and customer service. The recipe for the pie crust has been passed down for over one hundred years, and is truly a delight.
