It seems the world is on fire.
I get asked a lot about the farming industry and where I see it going. I’m often asked about big store food vs local as well as food safety issues.
Of course I’m on the local side of things since we sell home grown beef, pork and eggs but I truly believe in what I’m doing. I’m not trying to “sell” you on buying local as much as I’m providing education about the two. I think people should decide for themselves how they choose to live. If you want to save a few dollars and don’t care so much about how the big stores do things then local may not be for you. If you’re more in tune with a natural way of things then buying from people you know and trust is definitely for you!

Dropped off a hog at Dorsey Processing this morning. Weighed in at 309lbs.
Half is sold but you can get the other half. $250 plus processing. Fill that freezer with our premium pork.
Our pork is raised the same way our beef is. No antibiotics, hormones or vaccines.

Our on farm store is open today Monday August 24th from 10:30-6pm. If you are not able to make it out but need Beef, Pork and eggs just call us or text us to place an order and I can deliver it to your door. If you spend at least $100 there will be no delivery fee.
