Nobody tells you that when you start shipping products as a small business, you also become a part-time package investigator, claims specialist, and professional hold music listener. 📦😅
When a package goes missing, gets mis-delivered, or arrives damaged, we don’t just shrug and move on. We spend hours on the phone with our shipping partners tracking things down, filing claims, getting transferred from department to department, and fighting to make it right for our customers.
And today? Here sits Mimi D… patiently waiting through transfer number six (or maybe seven 😵💫), determined to make sure our customer receives their product AND that we’re reimbursed for the loss.
