🍇🍗 Grape & Brie Stuffed Chicken with Honey Wine Sauce 🍯🍷

Juicy chicken stuffed with creamy brie and sweet grapes, finished with a rich honey wine glaze—elegant and irresistible 🤤✨

Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Total time: 50 minutes
Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

* 4 chicken breasts (butterflied)
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder

For the filling:

* 1 cup seedless grapes (halved)
* 4 oz brie cheese (cut into pieces)
* 1 tbsp fresh thyme (optional)

For the sauce:

* 1/2 cup white wine
* 2 tbsp honey
* 1 tbsp butter
* 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Stuff each chicken breast with brie and halved grapes.
4. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
6. Sear chicken on both sides until golden.
7. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until fully cooked.
8. In the same skillet, add white wine and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
9. Stir in honey, butter, and Dijon mustard until smooth and slightly thickened.
10. Drizzle sauce over cooked chicken and garnish with thyme.
