This journey of entrepreneurship is quite something. It comes with a pretty high learning curve out of the gate. What has made this real is getting in front of potential customers at the farmers market every week. To learn who your customers are in real time solves one of the biggest challenges in small business growth….who am I making this stuff for!!! Since I started last Fall the harvest season was over and 65% of production was completed with fresh produce from my farmer partners , and . The other 35% is made from dehydrated chilies from . Now that demand has increased substantially, I’m looking at 12-16 weeks before next harvest and how I’ll fare with my inventory…. nail biter for certain.

Hey everyone! This warm weather is amazing! A quick update. This Saturday April 4th is my debut at the Larchmont Farmers Market! Please come on by to say hi and try some hot sauce. A lot of you here on team Facebook have tried the Haba Haba from last years giveaway. Check out all 9 flavors, including The Big Apple which is a collab with Mead Orchards with peppers from Eckerton Hill Farm !

Happy New Year y’all!!! After a great year, I’m really looking forward to crushing 2026! With the added demand of Project Hot Sauce I’m on target to make 5000 bottles next year! This will almost double my output of 2025! Thanks to everyone who supports local small businesses, especially the farmers who work tirelessly to feed their communities fresh food!!

Wanted to share with you that we just reached the milestone of 500 orders! Thanks to all the customers for making this company so successful, especially everyone who has been so supportive since we started there this Fall. It’s been a huge part of the recent turn of events that have transformed this passion of mine into a viable business. There’s nothing that can replace a regular market experience of live feedback direct from customers. So much so that I’ve decided to continue there for the Winter market!
