Desperately Seeking Chocolate artisan dessert sauces are hand-made in small batches using the finest fresh ingredients available; premium dark chocolate, cream, butter, brown sugar, brown rice syrup and vanilla. Located in the mountains north of Santa Cruz California, we began making and selling our sauces in 2006. The overwhelming response from our community to our signature Hot Fudge Sauce, enco

uraged us to create additional flavors. Devotee word of mouth has expanded sales of our sauces from our small community, to all of northern California and beyond . . . Our dessert sauces may be warmed and paired with fresh or dried fruit, or drizzled over fresh warm brownies or other baked goods. Best of all, poured over ice cream they will remind you of something you may have tasted long ago. We know you will enjoy our deserts sauces as much as we enjoy making them.

16th Annual Ghirardelli Square Chocolate Festival

On September 10th and 11th Desperately Seeking Chocolate sauces will be sampled and sold at the Ghirardelli Square Chocolate Festival. This event, in its 16th year is a benefit for Project Open Hand, a San Francisco based organization that provides meals for perople living iwth HIV/AIDS, as well as senior citizens and homebound critically ill persons.
