We have 1 whole hog that was harvested yesterday 12/8 that is not spoken for yet. Hanging carcass weight is 189 pounds. You chose how it is cut up and packaged. Green Hills Fresh Meats in Brookfield is the locker. $350 for the hog and you pay the processor for processing charges. Excellent pork raised on dirt and fed corn and bean meal, no antibiotics or growth hormones. It’s actually our son’s FFA supervised agricultural experience project. Would make an excellent Christmas present to fill a freezer with quality pork. Let us know if you are interested or have questions.

Sold-We are now taking reservations for 3 butcher beef steers. They will go to GHFM locker once the locker opens again after deer season… guessing mid-late December. These steers have been averaging 800-850 pound whole carcass weights. Price is $3.80/pound based on carcass weight. Processing is an additional 85 cents per pound payable to the locker. We have fair hogs which will be ready for harvest around middle of September and another batch around the middle of October timeframe. $350 for whole, $175 for 1/2 hog. Processing is in addition and paid by the customer directly to the locker when meat is picked up. Green Hills Fresh Meats in Brookfield is the locker.

SOLD-Offering a remaining 1/2 beef not spoken for that is scheduled to harvest the second week of June. Our carcass weights range between 400-425 pound average for a 1/2. Price is $3.35/pound based on hot carcass weight. Processing is 80 cents/pound based on carcass weight. Plus $45 harvest fee for a 1/2. Let us know if you/anyone you know might be interested. GHFM in Brookfield is the locker. Total cost for 1/2 beef is between $1700-$1800 with all processing costs included. Final price is dependent on carass weight. You can reserve your 1/2 today.

We have 6 fat hogs ready for harvest. They will yield a 200 # plus carcass. $300/hog or $175/half hog. Locker appointments available soon. Homeraised, grass fed, corn grain finished 100 days. Have harvest dates in August and September. Can meet for delivery. PM for more information.
