Part-Time Cook & Farm Kitchen Assistant

Wildberry Acres Farm is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Part-Time Cook Cook & Farm Kitchen Assistant to help in our small Farm Kitchen produce our growing line of prepared meals.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys cooking in a small team environment and values local food, seasonal ingredients, and daytime kitchen work without the late-night restaurant schedule.

Position Overview
This is a hands-on production role with kitchen responsibilities including:
• Batch cooking and meal preparation
• Baking and prepared foods production
• Packaging and labeling
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Following recipes and production schedules
• Light inventory/prep support
• Occasional ingredient or supply pickup runs as needed
Previous restaurant or commercial kitchen experience is helpful, but not required for the right candidate.

Schedule
• Part-time: approximately 15–25 hours per week
• Mostly daytime weekday hours
• Some flexibility required during busy farm and event weeks
• Occasional Saturday availability may be helpful

Compensation
• $18–$22/hour based on experience
• Flexible and supportive work environment
• Farm products and kitchen perks available
• Paid time stipend provided for supply pickup runs when needed
