Our ovens!!!

Meet Baxter and Baxter, the newest members of the Dish’s Bagels family. We have two of these incredible ovens, and let’s just say getting them into the building was not easy. There was plenty of planning, teamwork, and muscle involved, but they’re finally home.

A BIG Thank you Bevin and his team from TASKA, Inc. They are professional and provided incredible customer service.

These ovens will soon be turning out fresh New York-style bagels every morning, and seeing them in place makes everything feel even more real.

Construction continues to move quickly, and we’re getting closer every day. We are currently targeting a late July to early August opening and can’t wait to welcome everyone through our doors.

Thank you for following our journey and supporting us along the way. The countdown is on!

Dish's Bagels is planning a July or August opening at 1410 Lake Hearn Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30319, owner Chad Dishner told Business Debut. The space is currently under construction.

Finished and it’s looking good!!!!

Seeing the concrete finished is a huge milestone. Everything is starting to feel real now.

These photos show a couple of different angles so you can really get a feel for how everything is coming together.

Next we have to give the concrete 24–48 hours to properly cure before moving on. It’s all about doing it right so everything that comes after is built on a solid foundation.

We’re getting closer every day. Stay tune big things ahead!👷👷‍♀️

Big Day Yesterday!!!! Time For Concrete!

After all the planning, inspections, and prep work, it’s incredible to see this stage finally come to life. This slab is more than just concret, it’s the foundation that Dish’s Bagels will be built on.

Every step gets us closer to opening our doors and serving the community. Watching this come together has been an amazing , and we’re just getting started.

Big milestone!

Today we passed our underground plumbing inspection and that’s a huge step forward!

Everything checked out, which means we’re officially moving ahead:
Tomorrow: Rebar installation begins
Thursday: Concrete gets poured

It’s starting to get real now. What was once just an idea is quickly turning into something you’ll be able to walk into, sit down, or take out and enjoy.

We’re one step closer to bringing Dish’s Bagels to life. Appreciate everyone following along and supporting. More progress coming soon.
