Been a rough week on the farm. One ewe had a still born that took us hours and hours to pull. We were about to put the ewe down when our lovely neighbor with skills arrived and saved the day! Ewe made it! Two days later another ewe, due any day, was attacked. Her entire neck was eaten and we were unable to save her. That said we did an emergency c section and pulled her babies. The ram lamb did not make it but so far the little ewe lamb is doing well. She is clearly early but seems like a fighter. Our fingers are crossed and prayers are being said. Hoping she makes it.
