Tomorrow, I’m welcoming my dear friend and business partner, Alicia Lini of LINI910 Lini Oreste & Figli, to ARIA.
Join us Tuesday, October 6, from 5–8 PM for a taste of Emilia-Romagna.

The photo above is of us in her family’s acetaia. Tomorrow, we’re bringing a little of that world to Brookline, with three specialties that belong together:

Lambrusco — Alicia will share her family’s signature w**es, including her 2007 Metodo Classico.

Balsamico — We’ll introduce our new authentic balsamic vinegar from the family’s 115-year-old acetaia.

Parmigiano Reggiano — Made with milk from Reggiana red cows, and served alongside the balsamico and Lambrusco.

It’s a chance to taste, ask questions, and hear the stories behind these products directly from Alicia.
Bring a friend and spend a little of your Tuesday evening with us. I’d love to see you at the shop.
